Time n tide wait for none!
I still can hear people saying "gosh! full two n a half months holidays! u'r college should have gone nuts to give a semester long holiday!". but neither me nor they, can tell me what i did substantially in succha big break. I seriously thought this its gonna be hectic being at home for so long but as days went on, i understood it was the month of may and that means one-fifth of that helluva break is over:p the first few weeks were pretty good with us working in the college only and that was usual. it had all the necessary fun which we usually have at college.
As days went by, some instinct within me or guess a common instinct arose among all my friends that we've gotto try for an internship somewhere. and thus began all this. In a frantic effort we got one atlast and with the permit letters on hand we were all smiles:)
So started my internship. the people there were so nice! atleast some of them were very good n came forward to help us in a lot many ways.
points worth mentioning:
I learnt a lot more of bus routes.
today was the final day there.there are certain things which look great when looked at from a distance but when you are into it and start getting along nevertheless, you start liking it:) I'd love to start working as a journo!:D
internship meant every day eat-outs! i missed home food so soon:P living on uncooked chaat items everyday:D
i learnt to speak formally to others. yeah! introducing myself and meeting more people meant talking to more people and so it was talking. talking and talking everyday!
introducing myself as a journalist made me all the more happy!
i got to get a full feel of horrible chennai climate. the summer here sucks!
It took me some time to get aquainted to the working environment, but in course of time started liking it!
